Customer Relations and Billing Notice

 

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your interest in and trust in erbeySanat.

The information you provide will be used to ensure that billing processes are always conducted accurately and in compliance with applicable laws. Please make sure that all information on the form is complete and accurate.

 

a) All invoices issued for the works will be made out in the name of ErbeySanat, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

b) The invoice for the artwork will be issued within 15 (fifteen) days of the date we receive payment.

 

c) Purchased works of art will be delivered no later than 3 (three) months from the date of payment.

 

d) The works produced are original, handcrafted pieces of art, and it is not possible to make any subsequent changes or alterations to them. For this reason, returns or exchanges of delivered works are not accepted. If an order is canceled or the customer withdraws from the order after the production process has begun, a 20% deduction will be applied to the amount paid, taking into account the preparation and production costs, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. In this case, works that have been completed or have entered the production process will be retained by erbeySanat and will not be delivered or shipped to the customer.

 

e) Our invoices will be formatted according to the currency and invoice type you select in our form.

 

f) Your contact information will be used solely for order processing, delivery, billing, and all necessary communication with you, and will be protected in accordance with applicable laws.

 

g) ErbeySanat will carefully package the produced works of art and store them ready for shipment; however, the shipping costs incurred during the process of delivering the works to the recipient via courier are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

h) ErbeySanat covers the shipping cost for a specific artwork, as specified in the product terms, on a one-time basis only.
